Tuning modifications for the Alfa Romeo 33

Car Tuning Guide have been impressed with the addition of fuel pressure boost valves on the 33s , if you want to improve your throttle response get one fitted! The Car Tuning Guide recommend that on the 33s , you get a fast road cam.
NOTE: POWER GAINS ARE PROPORTIONAL TO YOUR BASE POWER. The more you start with the better your gain will be. Doing an engine swap will give a better result than modding a small engine. Internal engine modifications that should be high up on your list would be polishing and porting the head. Some 33 owners report increased MPG with a flowed head. High on your list of mods for your 33 should be handling improvements. The Car Tuning Guide do not recommend lowering more than 35mm.
