Modifications for the Aston Martin V8
V8 tuning tips from the car tuning guide, we take a look at the best power mods for the V8 in our latest guide. The lighter you can make your V8, the better the performance will be. The most frequent modification we see on the V8 include washable replacement panel air filters and a fuel pressure boost valve. A fast road cam will make quite a reasonable difference to the peak power of you V8.
NOTE: BHP POWER GAINS ARE PROPORTIONAL TO YOUR BASE BHP. The more you start with the better your gain will be. Do an engine swap rather than waste time on small engines. Getting better flow through the head of the engine would reward your V8 with more power and may actually give a little more economy. So get the engine head polished and ported. The V8s handling can be dramatically improved with some choice suspension modifications. Although lowering improves handling you should stick to a drop of 35mm.
