Available in standard form with power of upto 126bhp (depending on the year), so this goes to show the tuning potential of the C2. From this you can increase the power from anywhere between 138.6bhp to 214.2bhp which seems almost too good to be true but is possible if you have deep pockets.

The more powerful C2 GTs provide a suitable donor engine for the lower powered models in the range. The more powerful C2s respond exceptionally well to tuning mods. The most frequent modification we see on the C2 include sports exhausts, air intakes or induction kits and a fuel pressure boost valve.
FASTROAD CAMS should be next up on your tuning list and will offer big power gains on the C2. Turn your attention next to the C2s engine head. With a good gas flowed ported engine you will see much better mid and peak range power.
The top C2 GT offers a base power level of 126 bhp. The car tuning guide would expect you to see power gains from 138.6 bhp to 214.2 bhp! Many C2 owners improve the handling of their cars with slightly stiffer springs. Although lowering improves handling you should stick to a drop of 35mm.
